Ecofriendly cutlery manufacture

At the veneering stage, the wood is cut using peeling machines to form veneer sheets of a given thickness.

Only sorted raw materials are used for production, which is heated in hot water for up to 24 hours.

Drying of workpieces takes place in special drying chambers, where humidity and temperature are observed

After drying, the workpieces fall into automatic molding systems — special machines with a hot press, which, due to temperature, seal and essentially solder the wood and give shape.

About us

The factory of disposable ecofriendly cutlery Biowood is located in the town of Slobodskoy, Kirov region. This is one of the most favorable regions of Russia for logging and deep processing of wood due to its favorable geographical location, availability of raw materials and transport highways.

In terms of harvesting and woodworking, the region occupies leading positions in the European part of Russia. The total stock of wood in forest plantations is about 1,100 million cubic meters, including more than 500 million cubic meters of softwood species.
The climatic features of the region provide high quality, excellent mechanical properties and attractive appearance of birch wood.
